Here's the new What's New page! I'll be using this page to link to the newest additions to the Valley campaign site. Although I still don't have any new links to put here, I'll tell you that you need to check out the Character link over the next few weeks as that's where the biggest changes will be.

Ok, let's try this again. I'm still working on updating the site, and don't always get the code exactly right, so I have to trouble shoot it. But as far as the game is concerned, it's still going well.

Last week, we had 2 new players join the group, and we'll get 1 more this week. This is something we've been trying to get done for a while as 2 members of the group can't get together as often as the rest of us. I mean, they actually want to have a life outside the game!

Seriously though, with the new players, it won't be as bad if someone can't make it. At least, that's our hope. Plus, one of the new players has written a game, and found a publisher for it. We'll be play-testing the game every once in a while, which should be fun!

As far as the site is concerned, I've begun working on the character generater, which should be done in about a month or so. Then it'll be time to start adding in all the data entry for the game. Something that will probably take me forever. Man, I should have chosen an easier system than GURPS.

Well, that's it for this update, enjoy the site and continue to come back as I'm still making it better!

We've been playing with the new group since October 5th and so far we've really enjoyed ourselves. For the most part Scott and my campaigns have been progressing as we thought.

We have a schedule of 3 weekends a month roughly, but occasionally, a few people can't make it, so we've decided to look for 2 more players. Hopefully that way, we'll have less of a chance to have more than half of the group gone at one time.

I hope to have found some new players by mid-February, and will update this page when we get some new blood in the group. Until then, enjoy the site.

Will be adding campaign calendar events over the next few days or weeks as I get time. Finally sat down and got the calendar upto date off-line, so now I need to put it up on-line. You can find the calendar pages here.

Added in the time-line for the campaign history last night. It contains information that could spoil the campaign for my players, so I would suggest that they don't read it. I'll be putting up info on the bottom of that page about where I got the information on the time-line from as not all of it is mine. After all, this is a Gamma World campaign, and I need to remain true to some of it's history also. You can see the time-line by clicking here.

That's the latest. Remember to keep coming back, because as you can see, the site keeps growing.

That was then, this is now!

We lost one of the players from the game, which I talked about on the players page, but have joined with part of the group in Tampa that I talked about a while ago. This merging was a good thing, and we actually restarted the campaign last week.

I've also been hard at work on the site itself, adding in some of the database work that I had planned so long ago. Now you can look at the races I am developing for the game and soon you'll be able to check out my versions of the mutations, creatures and equipment of Gamma World. Oh yeah I almost forgot, we've got another new player joining the ranks this weekend. Although we aren't playing my game again till November 2nd, or there abouts, we are continuing to get together.

So hold on to your hats, cuz it's gonna be a bumpy ride!

The site is now being hosted by HostForWeb.com, so now I can set up databases for use on my website. So, when I finally get the chance to configure the dbs, I'll be setting one up that will hold racial information and another up to hold creature information. Then, I'll set up the pages that will display the information so site visitors will be able to call up that info.

Decided to update the look of the site to this new one. Since the players know the site is a Science Fiction/Fantasy game, why should I try to make it look like a Magical Fantasy game any more. It's a Gamma World campaign, so it's Science Fiction/Fantasy.

The What's New page is live. Some time later this week, it depends on when Mike get's me the document, I'll post the first 2 entries in Theo's journey log. I was hoping one of my players would write a log of their adventures, and Mike has volunteered without my asking. So, coming soon, Theo's Log.

I'll also be starting a calender to track the groups movements in the game. That as well as some new maps will be up sometime later this week. As I won't be working Thursday and Friday, it'll probably be up one of those two days.
